OPTIOS TERMS OF USE

1. By using Optios, the User accepts the following Terms of Use.

2. Optios reserves the right to modify the Optios* Terms of Use at any time without prior notice to the User. The further use of Optios* will be considered as an acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.

3. User agrees not to misuse Optios* and to abide by the restrictions imposed. Thus, User will refrain from, without this list can be considered exhaustive:

- Optios* to copy, modify, adapt, change or translate;

- Optios* to be subjected to reverse engineering, dismantling or decompilation;

- Optios* to be used to conduct or promote illegal activities;

- Optios* to be used to distribute 'junk mail' or other unwanted mass emails;

- Optios*'s proper operation. Users shall not transmit, process or store any material containing software viruses or other harmful or malicious computer code;

- Add content to Optios* that may be considered inappropriate or unlawful due to its illegal, unlawful, hateful, obscene, abusive, racist, discriminatory, defamatory, offensive or otherwise unacceptable nature.

- To log in with login credentials of other Users.

4. Optios reserves the right to restrict or block the User's access to and/or use of Optios*, if Optios determines that Optios* is being used in any of the ways listed above.

5. These Terms of Use do not in any way detract from Optios' Terms of Service.

6. By using Optios*, the User acknowledges that he has read Optios' Privacy Statement and understands its contents.

7. Any dispute arising from the use of Optios* will be governed by Belgian law.
